How can I request changes on the SEND Local Offer?

In August 2021, Local Offer Change Request forms were implemented to support the prioritisation of work, and to manage people’s expectations around timescale of changes/updates to the Local Offer website.

If you represent an organisation listed on the Local Offer, or you are a page-owner, please use the Local Offer Change Request form to request any changes/updates or new development work. Completed forms should be returned to SENDService@swindon.gov.uk, where they will be triaged and then added to the Local Offer Development Officer’s workload.
